I am a product of The Sisters Of Charity BVM, speding 5 years of my life with them at St. Rose's Orphanage in Milwaukee, Wis. 1952 thru 1957. Arrived with my three olders sisters and left at the age of seven in 1957. Tomorrow I am, with my sister Bev, driving to Dubuque to say Thank You and just as "A Tear in the Universe" states that light is still in my window and I am "A Tear in the Universe"! It was powerful reading for me because as I read that was and is "just the way it was" and is and forever shall be. To a wonderful group of Women, from the bottom of my heart, Thank You, you've give me much, more than any of you shall ever know. 3/6/2004: Kabbi A. I am a second year MSW student at the University of Albany. One of my classes is online. I posted Lucille Younger's poem November 22, 1963 on our Bulletin Board on my online class this morning. I wanted my classmates [most of whom were born after the assassination] to read it. I do remember Friday, November 22, 1963 very well. I was a 16 year old high school student who had skipped school that September to travel out of town to see President Kennedy deliver a speech in person! Thank you for the poem.
